Walk-ins with no reservation will be asked to wait until those with reservations are seated. \n \nAbstract:\n Mr. Haas will present the current and planned priorities for Water Board enforcement in 2010.\n The student award winners in the UCSD Environmental Systems program will give brief presentations of their award winning projects.\n \nSpeaker Information:\n Jeremy Haas is a senior environmental scientist with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board\, San Diego Region. He has been with the San Diego Water Board for nine years and currently serves as its Enforcement Coordinator and supervisor of the Compliance Assurance Unit. Prior to joining the San Diego Water Board\, Mr. Haas worked in San Diego for an environmental consulting firm and the University of California Sea Grant College. Before returning to San Diego\, he spent three years assisting local governments in the Chesapeake Bay Region with the University of Maryland Environmental Finance Center. He holds a master of science degree from the University of Maryland and a bachlor's degree from UC San Diego.
